PURPOSE OF JOB :
Maximize conversion of enquiries to confirmed business, ensure operational requirements are provided as booked, and initiate processes for timely collection of payments in line with policies and quality standards of the company.

Correspondence :
In French language - Promptly acknowledge and offer a comprehensive reply to any enquiry, aimed at converting it to confirmed business.
Arrange ground services as agreed to the agent with internal and external sources

Tour arrangements:
Arrange ground services as agreed to the agent with internal and external sources

Obtain Customer Feedback :
Monitor customer satisfaction and in areas of non-conformance, provide the Manager with details to initiate corrective action / service recovery.

Payments :
Invoice the customer on completion of the job and monitor the collection of payments to ensure it is in line with approved agreements and policies.

Records :
Maintain records for audit, review and reference as per the business needs and company policies.

 

Preferred Education Level:
Graduate / Diploma

Professional / Technical Qualifications / Diplomas:
Tourism Course / Foreign Language

Experience:
02-03 years in a similar capacity
2. Airport Rep ( Language speaking : French / German / English )
3.Bus Driver 

UAE Valid License Light / Mini bus / Heavy Bus

Minimum driving experience in UAE 05 Years with Hotel or Tourism)
